President of the Fund

 Anatoly Mikhaylovich Sedykh   was born in 1964. He graduated from the Moscow Institute of Steel and Alloys, and holds a Ph.D. in Economics.

 He started his career as an economist at the Central Iron and Steel Research Institute. In 1999, he became the chief executive of Vyksa Steel Works (VSW), and within a relatively short period of time led the enterprise out of crisis. Since 1999 A.M. Sedykh has been Director General of the United Metallurgical Company and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vyksa Steel Works. He initiated and accomplished a number of large investment projects in the subsidiaries of the company.

In 2002, he was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors of the United Metallurgical Company.

On January 23, 2003, the meeting of the Board of Directors of the United Metallurgical Company appointed A.M. Sedykh President of CJSC OMK.

On January 29, 2013, the General shareholders meeting of CJSC OMK resolved to elect A.M. Sedykh Chairman of the Management Board of the United Metallurgical Company.

On September 15, 2008, the General Meeting of Founders of the OMK-Uchastie Charity Fund for Family Support and Protection of Childhood, Motherhood and Fatherhood elected Anatoly Mikhaylovich Sedykh President of the Fund.
